The kindness, patience, and love the staff shows the children is palpable. Walking through the halls, one will hear students referred to as friends and staff members trying to find solutions together with kids that are acting out. They seem to truly grasp child psychology and understand that simply punishing kids isn’t going to accomplish as much as addressing their individual needs.
